The roots and seeds used in this supplement are Rhodiola Rosea, Passion Flower and Griffonia Seed and contain bioactive properties that are proven by science. Bioactive properties: Rosavin, 5HTP and Withanolides.
• Rhodiola Rosea: contributes to a good mood and supports you during stressful times.
• Griffonia Seed: 5HTP is a direct precursor to serotonin, promotes a positive mood and has a calming effect.
• Passion Flower: helps relax the nervous system and supports relaxation.
Suggested use: Take two (2) capsules with water daily, preferably before breakfast. Do not exceed daily dose. Do not consume caffeine or alcohol during the supplementation.

Take ½ teaspoon daily for 6 weeks as part of your wellness or Microdosing Cycle.
Mix with warm water (not boiling) to make a soothing tea, or blend into your favorite smoothie or plant-based milk.
