This Package Contains:

The High Frequency Package follows the Personal Transformation Protocol, a 30-day cycle designed to help you build new habits, gain emotional clarity, and support long-term change.

• Every-other-day dosing schedule (15 dosing days total)
• Followed by a 30-day Integration Cycle (no microdosing)

- Natural Psilocybe
• Start with 0.3g (or 0.5g if over 85 kg)
• Take every other day for 30 days
• Increase by 0.1g every other dosing day until you reach your preferred dose
• Most users stabilize between 0.8g and 1.3g
• Do not exceed 1.5g per dose
• Use the precision microdosing scale included in your package to weigh each dose accurately

• Lion’s Mane
• Take 1–2g powder daily
• Continue for 6 weeks, including both dosing and non-dosing days, can also be used in the Integration Cycle
• Can be mixed into tea (never boiling), warm water, or smoothies

Natural Psilocybe

• Take every other day for 30 days (15 dosing days total)
• Consume in the morning, on an empty stomach
• Chew thoroughly for best absorption, or brew as tea

• Set a clear intention before each dose
• Take 15 minutes to journal, reflect, meditate or using the exercises in your Personal Transformation Protocol

Lion’s Mane

• Take daily for up to 6 weeks, including both dosing and non-dosing days
• Mix 1–2 grams of powder into tea (not boiling), warm water, or a smoothie
• Best taken in the morning alongside your Psilocybe dose
• Safe for continued use during the 30-day Integration Cycle

Natural Psilocybe:
Unopened Packaging
• Store the aluminium pouch in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival.
• Refrigerator temperature should be between 2–4°C for optimal preservation.
• The best-before date is typically 6–8 weeks after arrival.
• As the microdosing protocol lasts 30 days, we recommend starting your cycle promptly to ensure maximum freshness and potency.

Opened Vacuum-Sealed Bags
• Open one vacuum-sealed bag per week as directed in your protocol.
• Once opened, consume the contents within 14 days.
• After opening, keep the bag moisture-free, sealed tightly, and protected from UV light in the refrigerator.

Important Notes
• Upon exposure to oxygen, the sclerotia may develop dark green or blue coloration, this is a natural oxidation process and is completely safe to consume.
• Avoid touching the sclerotia too often, wash hands to prevent bacterial growth.
• Do not freeze. Avoid repeated temperature changes.

Lion’s Mane powder:
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place, reseal pouch after use

Keep all products out of reach of children

Do not use this product if:
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have a diagnosed psychiatric condition such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder
• You have a history of heart valve issues, kidney failure, or are on blood-thinning medication
• You suffer from epilepsy or other neurological disorders
• You are hypersensitive to psychedelics or have a family history of psychosis

Avoid alcohol, caffeine and recreational drugs during your Microdosing Cycle

If you are currently taking antidepressants (such as SSRIs), consult your prescribing physician before making any changes. This product is sometimes used during the tapering process; in that case, professional guidance is essential. We offer coaching to support safe and responsible use.

We offer standard (with Track&Trace) or fast shipping within the EU. Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands using trusted international carriers.

Once your package leaves the Netherlands, it is handed over to the local postal service in your country (e.g. Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, etc.). You can continue tracking your order using the same tracking code via your local carrier’s website.

Please note the following:
• Most packages fit through the letterbox. If this is not the case, the delivery will be offered at your door.
• If you are not at home, your package will be delivered to a local pickup point. You will be notified via email.
• It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and to accept the package when it is offered.
• We do not offer refunds for returned or missed shipments. Due to the fresh nature of our product, we cannot resend, restock, or refund returned packages.
• If your package is lost, we can initiate an investigation 14 days after the shipment date. This investigation may take up to 14 additional days.

Fresh sclerotia (magic truffles) are legal in the Netherlands and can be shipped within the EU under the Mutual Recognition of Goods Principle.

This means products legal in one EU country and taxed, may be sold in other EU countries. However, local regulations may vary. Please check your country’s laws before ordering. We do not offer refunds for packages held or refused by customs.
